Wild hogs can be processed into barbecue pigs or cuts and sausage. Try having our applewood smoked ham made from your wild pig!
All pigs are skinned as we don't have the ability to dehair pigs.
Prepare for BBQ:
Skin and package in halves, whole or split for barbecue: $40
Pig brought in for processing as skinned whole carcass: 95¢ lb.
Brought in as pieces: $1.15 lb.
Frozen (accepted until Sept. 9 and then only on Jan. 13th: $1.20 lb.
Processed pig includes your choice of loin roasts, sliced loins for chops, shoulder roasts, Boston butts, ham slices, ham roasts and sausage. We can also make applewood smoked hams from your wild hog!
Sausage choices are the same as for processing venison. You must order at least 10 lbs. of a flavor.

Bulk sausage in 1.3 lb. chubs - $1.25 lb.
Large link sausage - $2.50 lb.
Pinky links - crisp frying breakfast links - $3.50 lb.
